Web18 Jul 2024 · Further research identified that our copy of the GoToAssist unattended installer had been downloaded from our support site and that same copy had been installed on this clients machine. Using this installer will silently setup unattended support on the clients machine and link that back to our account. Web6 Dec 2024 · Hi . Yes i ment the unnatended support client. Previous versions where removed during an auto update. In the process of trying to reinstall, i deleted all logmein/gotoassist folders just to be sure there was nothing left from the old install (i did not go trough registry keys)
