I posted here earlier this month about a health problem our dog was having - loss of appetite and malaise, followed by diarrhea, tremors/shaking, hunched posture, sore & tucked tail, lots of water drinking, lots of trips outside to strain & squirt out a tiny bit of awful looking diarrhea.
