WebMay 3, 2024 · My Optiplex 3020 seems to power on but the motherboard displays a solid orange light and nothing on the front io and when I've looked it up on the dell website it said that "psu is working but it failed to fetch code" I've tried to look for solutions and none have have worked so far.
