WebJun 7, 2024 · Won't start on Windows. I launch the game, and while it says the game is running, the game itself won't actually launch. When I try to exit Steam, it tries to shut down Half-Life, but it gets stuck. Even exiting steam, and "forcing" it to shut down won't actually close the game. The only way to close Half-Life is logging out of windows.
