WebIt those don't help, you may need to contact Alesis for repairs, or look inside for loose connections. I'd also try it with a tom cable just to be sure that the pad is the problem.. Pulling the headset jack partially out made it sound the way it should sound.
WebYou could get a new module, and would likely need a new kick pad for those. Changing the kit would fix a lot of issues and you'd get a lot better sound, too.
